What we keep, and why.

What we collect

• Enquiry form. When you send the form on this site we receive your name, phone number, the service you are interested in, your area and any message you type. The form also opens WhatsApp with your message ready to send; nothing is sent to WhatsApp unless you press send there.
• WhatsApp, calls and email. If you contact +91 82976 67899 or [email protected] we keep the conversation so we can quote, plan and support your project.
• Site visits and drawings. Photos, floor plans and electrical drawings you share with us are used only to design your system.
• Website analytics. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It sets cookies and records an anonymised IP address and your browser type. It does not tell us who you are.

Where it is stored and who sees it

• Form enquiries are saved to a private Google Sheet and emailed to [email protected]. Both are in Google accounts controlled by Devanika Smart Homes.
• Quotations, designs and project records are kept in our business software and backed up on our own storage.
• We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing. The only people who see them are Devanika staff working on your enquiry or project, and the electrician or contractor on your site when you have asked us to coordinate with them.
• We keep project records for as long as your warranty runs, so we can support the system. Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within a year.

Your choices

• You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email [email protected] or WhatsApp +91 82976 67899; we reply within seven working days.
• You can block analytics cookies in your browser; the site works the same without them.
• We never send marketing messages to anyone who has not contacted us first, and a reply of "stop" ends them.
